Scout LDN was founded in 2017 when Jody & Marz combined expertise to create a Scouting, Development and Mother Agency that has diversity at it’s core.
Jody Furlong is a casting director with 25 years' experience in the business working with brands including Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton, Rankin, Dove and Benetton.
Marz Majid has worked for the biggest agencies in the world, scouting & developing models to prepare them with skills to launch their careers in fashion.
Together they have scouted models who have appeared in campaigns & walked the runway for brands from Burberry & Victoria's Secret to Fenty Beauty & ASOS. They scout, develop & place models in the UK & with agencies internationally.
Working with each model individually they aim to achieve a sustainable, long lasting and lucrative career for each of
their Scouts.
